Female Cricket

A decade ago, Cluden Cricket Club made history with its inaugural girls team right here at William Street Reserve. Ten years on, it's time to write the next chapter.

We're exploring the return of a female cricket program to the club and we want to hear from the Brighton community - players, parents and anyone who wants to be part of something worth building. No commitment required at this sage, just your interest to help us understand what's possible and what works for you.

We're currently exploring the following programs:

All Girls Junior Blasters - A fun, inclusive introduction to cricket for young girls, run alongside or separate to our mixed Blasters Program.

Junior Girls Competition - A junior girls team competing in the All Girls Cricket Competition, with games played on Wednesday evenings.

Senior Women's Team - A senior women's side competing in the Cricket Southern Bayside Women's Competition, played on Sunday afternoons.

Social Sixes Smash - A fun, social six-a-side program for women of all ages and experience levels. No experience necessary.
